Software & game development studio
We build software people use and games people keep playing.
LLC Seller designs, builds and ships web apps, mobile apps and games — from the first prototype to the store listing, and the updates after launch.

What we do
Two practices, one engineering team.
Apps and games share more than people think: performance budgets, store review, analytics, monetization and live updates. We do both, so you don't need two vendors.
Web, mobile & backend
Products and internal tools built on proven, maintainable stacks.
- Web apps, SaaS and dashboards
- iOS and Android apps
- APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
- Payments, auth and third-party integrations
Mobile, web & instant games
Casual and mid-core games designed to be fun first and sustainable second.
- Unity and Godot mobile games
- HTML5 and instant games for social platforms
- Ads, in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Live ops, porting and co-development
Why teams hire us
Senior engineering habits on every project.
You own everything
Source code, design files, store accounts and cloud resources live in your name from day one. On final payment, all rights to the work are yours.
Visible progress
Two-week sprints, a working build at the end of each, and a short written update every week. No disappearing for a month.
Built to pass review
We design for App Store, Google Play and platform policies from the start — privacy labels, data safety, ad and payment rules.
Measured after launch
Analytics, crash reporting and remote config ship with version one, so decisions after launch are based on data.
Our toolbox
Mainstream tools, picked for the long run.
We choose technology your next developer can pick up easily — not whatever is newest. If you already have a stack, we work in it.

How a project runs
From idea to store listing, in four stages.
Discovery
Goals, users, scope and risks — turned into a written spec, timeline and price.
Prototype
A clickable design or playable build to test the idea before the big spend.
Build
Two-week sprints with a demo and a test build at the end of every one.
Launch & grow
Store submission, monitoring, fixes and the roadmap for version two.
Questions
Before you get in touch
What size of project do you take on?
Most projects start with a fixed-price discovery phase, then move to a fixed-scope build or a monthly team. We are a good fit for MVPs, full product builds, game prototypes and long-running development — less so for one-hour fixes.
Who owns the code and the game IP?
You do. Work is done in repositories and accounts you control, and all intellectual property transfers to you on payment, as set out in the contract. We only reuse general know-how and open-source components.
Can you take over an existing app or game?
Yes. We start with a paid code review that tells you what state the project is in, what it would cost to fix, and whether it's better to refactor or rebuild.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — send yours, or we can provide a simple mutual NDA before you share details.
Do you publish games under your own name?
For client work, no: the game ships under your developer account and brand. We help set up the accounts, store listings and monetization if you don't have them yet.
Let's build
Have an app or game in mind?
Tell us what you want to build. We reply within one business day with questions and next steps.
