How we work

A predictable way to build unpredictable things.

Software and games always surprise you somewhere. Our process is designed so the surprises show up early, cheaply, and in writing.

  1. 1. Intro call free · 30 min

You tell us what you want to build and why. We ask about users, deadlines, budget range and what already exists. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

  2. 2. Discovery 1–2 weeks · fixed price

Workshops and research that produce a written scope, user flows or game design document, a technical architecture, a milestone plan and a firm quote. You own the output whether or not we build it.

  3. 3. Design & prototype

Clickable Figma prototypes for apps, a playable prototype for games. We test the riskiest assumptions here, before they become expensive.

  4. 4. Build in sprints 2 weeks each

Each sprint starts with an agreed list of work and ends with a demo and an installable build — TestFlight, Google Play internal testing, or a staging URL. Every week you get a short written update: done, next, and anything blocked.

  5. 5. QA & launch

Testing on real devices and browsers, store listing assets, privacy and data-safety forms, then submission under your developer accounts. We stay on call through review and launch day.

  6. 6. Warranty, then support

Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free during the warranty period. After that, a monthly support plan or dedicated team keeps the product updated and growing.

Our commitments

What you can hold us to.

Written everything

Scope, price, milestones and changes are agreed in writing before work starts. No verbal surprises on the invoice.

One point of contact

A named project lead who knows your project and answers within one business day.

Your accounts, your code

Repositories, cloud, store and analytics accounts are created in your name. We work with access you grant and can revoke.

Honest estimates

If something will take longer or cost more, you hear about it as soon as we know — with options, not just a new number.

What we need from you

Your part of the project.

Projects go fastest when the client side is ready too.

  • A decision-maker who can approve scope and builds, and attend a 30-minute demo every two weeks.
  • Feedback within a few business days of each demo, so the next sprint starts on time.
  • Accounts in your company's name — Apple Developer, Google Play Console, domain, cloud — or we'll guide you through creating them.
  • Brand assets and content: logo, copy, product data, or a budget for us to create them.

Start with a 30-minute call.

No cost, no obligation — just an honest view of what your project needs.
